Private residence
Built-in aquarium in a private residence
A bespoke aquarium integrated into the living-room interior and planned with ongoing care in mind.
Part of the living room
This private-residence project centres on a built-in aquarium within the living-room interior. The completed photographs show the feature in context, not just the view through the glass.
The work behind the finish
The visual composition, equipment and ongoing care were treated as connected decisions. The gallery includes the installation in progress alongside the completed aquarium.
Ongoing care
Majid continues to maintain the aquarium. BIBS's feedback below describes both the change to the living room and the aftercare that keeps the feature in excellent shape.
“It completely changed the look of the living room. Every guest comments on it, and Majid's aftercare keeps the tank in excellent shape.”
